Amarillo, Texas – Randall wins another series to Advance to Round #5 where they will face the Stephensville Yellow Jackets, a familiar opponent they faced earlier in February at the Melissa Tourney.
Randall split 1 game a piece with the Coyotes , they traveled for Game #1 to Wichita to play the wolves in their home turf, unfortunately Randall was too much for the Coyotes to overcome in Game # 1 as Randall defeated Wichita Falls 16-1, Randall hitters simply were not going to be denied hits and defensively Randall’s defense is stout at every position and not too mention overloaded at talent on the bench from other starters as we call them since they would be starters at any other local high school in the 806.
Game #2 was hosted by Randall at HodgeTown where the Randall secured Game # 2 with a 6-0 victory to clenched the series. Game #2 was a little more competitive between both squads but ultimately the Raiders hitters hit when they needed to bring runs in and the pitching was excellent as it has been a season long. Not many hits were given in this series by the Raiders pitchers.
Overall Randall was just too dominant on both side of the game and never giving the Coyotes any real chance to make it a series, sometimes there not much that can be done when the team is dominant and doesn’t make mistakes.
Conclusion – Randall continues their magical season extending their wining streak, collecting Gold Gloves and ultimately advancing to the next round. Randall will be a handfull for any team that wants to know them off this run they are on, it can be done but will need to be done in a 3 game series as we don’t think any team has the potential to get a sweep on these Raiders.
